[SNES] Star Fox (USA) is flickering when run ahead is enabled #161

Star Fox is flickering when you play the first misson with run ahead enabled (you can see it at the bottom and on top of the screen).

Edit: It looks like it is because of https://github.com/SourMesen/Mesen-S/issues/150, but even with 0.4.0 the sound is pretty noisy.
