Adding Kaillera #789

Hello! Maybe i can add a kaillera to netplays?

Thanks for the request.

Generally speaking, adding features to netplay (or improving the current implementation) is pretty low priority at the moment. Kaillera itself is fairly unlikely, as I would rather not rely on an old netplay library that is no longer maintained (as far as I know).
