45-in-1 multicart doesn't work correctly #828

45-in-1 (that full version of Super Mario World pirated version available) rom doesn't work correctly in libretro Mesen core.

When I select the game, it only black screen. Only 2nd game 'Super Mario' works. 1st game 'Super Mario World' became select memu again. 45-in-1 (Nestopia Only)-200510-110803

Looks like the code for mapper 90 does not match the more up-to-date information written on the wiki. I'll probably have to make a number of corrections to fix this.
