Adds awesome & crucial functionality and features for handling collisions and transmit. Traditional hooks of these methods in SourcePython are way to heavy load on the server. This is a must have in situations that deal with that.

Hi, looking forward for a light-weight function to mess with the transmission of entities to certain players. Is there any plan to integrate it into source.python? :)
