Create initial spritesheet

Just enough stuff to get us started. We can always add to it if need be.

  • [x] Running (this and previous one have poor animations. Will fix after initial sprites done)

I'm removing the tiles item from this list, and saying that's going to be a separate issue (specifically, #13).
