oh god im so tired i cant do it anymore, but here's the problems: https://github.com/Sectonidse/SourceDEFUN/blob/8d6762b6b6ddaf7208368fdcc385636c8991b1f5/materialsystem/swarmshaders/buildshaders.bat#L128

results in error "No such file or directory" even though everything was set up correctly.

I found the endpoint of that ".txt doesn't exist!"
