Grouping of tasks #468

I would find it useful to be able to categorise my tasks in some way. Milestones are great for planning "I'll do these 5 tasks in this amount of time", I'd also like to be able to say "these 25 tasks are part of some larger named goal". If it could count the number of story points within that named goal, that would be excellent too.

I see there's a way of saying one task is a sub-task of another, but it doesn't quite work in this way: the parent task has its own story point count, independent of its children. I'm not sure if I'm asking for the sub-task feature to be modified, or whether I'm asking for a new feature: your thoughts for discussion would be interesting!

A tagging system might be a quick win for doing this.

I'm working on having stories as a separate object at the moment. The way I see it working is:

I think if it's all enabled by default, it could be pretty confusing to a new user, but adding the features as you need them might be easier to understand.

Come and grab me some time and I'll show you on the dev box.
