[FEATURE]: Fast Leaf Decay #60

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Fast Leaf Decay doesn't detect SmoothTimber. Trees being chopped normaly decay fast. SmoothTimber Chopped Trees leave their leafes behind.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great if there is a config line to enable Fast Leaf Decay.
