Alias Rework

Various Alias' need to be reworked in order to apply to a wider audience variety.

Lifestyle

[x] Default Ruleset to normal, allow Gritty and Non Rest Tracked as Options
[x] Custom Pricing for Servers?

Hunting

[ ] Default Free List of Animals from SRD
[ ] Switch to Non Free List
[ ] Server Expansions with SVARS pointing to GVAR JSON?
[ ] Save Items from Hunting

Fishing

[ ] Create a Larger Database of Fish
[ ] Create a List of Available Fish
[ ] Allow Server to Stock Fish in Locations with SVAR pointing to GVAR JSON?
[ ] Save Fish in Bags
