Include GridEngine libraries in the test environment #17

The portlet is undergoing continuous integration at http://ci.sagrid.ac.za:8080/view/All/job/GADGET2-portlet/

It's currently passing tests, but we don't have the GridEngine libraries included, so we can't check whether the portlet will actually deploy in this environment.

This ticket needs to be closed when the libraries are installed on the slave node.

This has been done in Travis so long, I will do it soon in Jenkins.
