Add payment type selector to reservation form

Acceptance Criteria: Given user has clicked the reservation button, when he views the reservation form, then:

• [ ] he will see a payment type selector dropdown with options for: visa credit/debit card, paypall, or bank transfer.
• [ ] and If credit/debit card, ask for card number and billing info in reservation section
• [ ] and If paypall, request username/email
• [ ] and If bank transfer, show account information
• [ ] and will show message that user’s card will not be charged until reservation is confirmed.
