riparian structure metrics #2

First, there's no data in the data table Riparian Structure from which to generate the metric RipCovConif for 2011, per the instructions on monitoring resources. I did find an outdated monitoring methods document that looked like it had instructions on how to generate the metric for what was collected in 2011, but those instructions didn't give me results that matched.

Next, for the metric RipCovCanNone in 2011, there are no data in the table RiparianStructure from which to generate metrics per the instructions on monitoring resources, and I can't find anything that suggests how the 2011 metrics were calculated.

Finally, for the metrics: RipCovGrnd, RipCovNonWood, RipCovUstory, and RipCovWood, there are no data in the table RiparianStructure for the fields needed to generate those metrics per the instructions on monitoring resources.

For the metrics: RipCovGrnd, RipCovNonWood, RipCovUstory, and RipCovWood, there are only data for 2011 in the table RiparianStructure for the fields needed to generate those metrics per the instructions on monitoring resources. There are values for these metrics on cm.org, but I can't find the data from which they're calculated.
