Output results of Build Network tool as a TXT file. #24

Export the results displayed in the Build Network form Processing Results window as a TXT file.

Addressed this by writing to a txt file: https://github.com/SouthForkResearch/pyGNAT/commit/d509e17845269d31bd11a47988bb8a79e5bb1fd8
