Hi Abdul, Unfortunately, sometimes the server has difficulties to upload large dataset such as Fasta genome file for eukaryotes. The different messages are not really explicite, I have to improve this. Is it possible for you to give me access to one of your genome file so that I can test from my side (using WeTransfer for instance, https://wetransfer.com/)?
