Unify scripts with common prefix "arcad_" #11

A simple way to unify all scripts (present and future) in this package is to rename them by adding "arcad_" in front of their name, for instance rename "0_fastqc_in_chains.pl" into "arcad_fastqc_in_chains.pl".
