In her README, HC mentions several scripts currently absent from the repository, such as:

More are missing, but let's start by adding those (remember to edit them first to add the copyright, license, etc, as usual).

The script demult.sh calls /home/sarah1/Scripts/Vincent/demultadapt/demultadapt.py. Can you add this script to the repo? This is urgent ;)

The following scripts are part of the sp1. fastqc_in_chains.pl 1_cutadapt_in_chain.pl 2_Filter_Fastq_On_Mean_Quality.pl 4_Mapping_Arcad.pl

You will find them in the directory sp1_snp_detection_on_rnaseq.

tag-individu.pl and construire_fic_conf.sh added Waiting for Vincent authorisation to add demultadapt on this git repository

If demultadapt is under GPL (which I think it is), then you don't need to ask any authorization as long as you comply with the terms of the GPL.
