Change tick scale of OverlayedCanvas in order to fully see the numbers #16

As the tick scale starts at the very beginning of the svg container, its first number ( 0 ) is cut in half. Margins should be applied to see it in its entirety (maybe in a similar fashion to that of AnnotationCard)
