Slides don't auto-build #12

We don't auto-build slides any more. I thought we didn't need them, so Pip didn't implement it, but actually we do need them so it needs adding back.

Currently, you can just run build_slides.sh and commit and upload the lot.

Slides auto-build now, not sure when I added that!
