Deliver split-screen with slides and terminal simultaneously #3

Users complain that they lose track of commands. We should always have a clear summary of the commands used visible at any given time. Obviously this is in the actual materials, but they seem to have difficulty reading along and typing.

This seems to be working better, though you do need to keep remembering to move the slides on.
