Give user karma on certain triggers

The bot should:

• Award karma on certain triggers,
• keep track of everyone's karma in a key-value store somewhere, and
• make sure it's keeping track of the right people by changing user information when their handle changes.

Open Question(s):

• [x] Which emoji should we check for by default when rewarding positive karma?

• [x] We should check to see if we can add a setting to the Slack settings overview to add more emoji without having to alter the bot's code.
• [x] Should we change the trigger string so that karma is awarded without having to use the karma trigger word, or should we just add support for karma award without the trigger word? (E.g. @jpdeoliveira ++)
  • We should support @user ++/-- as well as the legacy karma @user ++/--.

i think that whichever emoticon people naturally use most to agree or disagree with comments posted by should be the default. 👍 or 👎 since they're always available by default in slack.

we can then add more to the list if it's easy enough.
