This is pretty much a static translation from the EN docs.

Atm most files still need to be translated, but I'll be committing them as I finish.

Just one thing. I put 2014 as the starting year for the footer. I'm not sure about it.

Everything else is done.

This pr preceeds the server list page, which was based on this branch, so there is no need for it anymroe.
