Using rcon exit makes sampctl restart the server again It detects rcon exit as a server crash

I'll need to do some tests to get this resolved:

Exit code for external process kill
Exit code for RCON exit
Exit code for crash/exception

If there is no difference between these, detecting how the server exited will be difficult.
