Missing macos environment description and x86/x64 architecture support #413

Ask for more clarification on the sampctl wiki and readme.md.

I'm using macos 10.14. I installed sampctl but couldn't start the server. This is because the architecture supported by sampctl downloaded from homebrew is amd64. My Mac is using the x86/64 architecture. (MacOS released so far are using x86/64 architecture) After all, if you want to run the server using sampctl on mac, you need to use docker. I wasted a lot of time due to lack of explanation of the macos environment.

Please provide additional information related to the above! (wiki, readme.md) And is it possible to support x86/x64 architectures in the future?

In my opinion, x86/x64 architecture support would be great for people with older macOS.
