Bug with building(downloading compiler)

Hello, when i write to terminal sampctl package build

sampctl return me error:

INFO: Downloading compiler package v1.9.1
failed to get compiler package: failed to get package 1.9.1 from net: GET https://api.github.com/repos/sampctl/compilers/releases/tags/v1.9.1: 404 Not Found []

Help me please.
