on type "sampctl ensure" in the Terminal 

WARN: failed to ensure package github.com/pawn-lang/samp-stdlib: failed to ensure dependency from cache: exec: "C:\\Program Files\\Git\\mingw64\\libexec\\git-core\\git-upload-pack": file does not exist

i have the same problem, typing sampctl ensure in Terminal

I fixed it by downgrading git version to 2.39.2.
