Also need to think about default roles at some point, currently "Member" (default role for all members) cannot be edited. Once this is done, it unlocks new features such as a "read-only mode" so members cannot post (useful for directory style sites, newsletters, etc.) or remove the ability for members to create threads but allow them to reply to them.
