Fix researcher avatar height-width ratio in smaller screen #25

Before - the aspect ratio of the avatar is incorrect in smaller screen

After - do not set fixed height, so that height can grow/shrink with the width

@cleong98 I made a small change in CSS to fix the researcher avatar height-width ratio, can take a look? 👀 🙇

@teohm thx for suggest but I has set max height 100‰ and height 100% for researcher avatar . I want to remove max height and height for researcher avatar?
