This PR:

• Builds out the framework for simulating all the matches in the testing window by predicting the toss winner, toss decision and bowlers per over. It assumes that the batting playing xi is exactly what is provided by cricsheet.
• Uses a simplistic probability based model to predict the outcome to build out a ball-by-ball innings dataframe
• Supports this simulation over multiple scenarios
• UI: Shows the predicted rewards & errors at the tournament granularity (support for other granularities to be added in issue#39)
• Adds test cases for the backend

Note: Some additional perf modifications may be required in the future - to be assessed once we finalise the data selection windows
