This pr aims to add tests to the overall package. For now it tests the API implementation and the qobj construction. Circuit references for tests : https://tutorials.yaoquantum.org/dev/

TODO :

Test individual blocks
add more circuits to account for edge cases
implement a qobj to chain block conversion method
