Update to `syn` 2.0 #579

Update sov-modules-macros to use the latest major syn version (2.0 at the time of writing) instead of 1.0.

Unassigned myself because the API changed quite a bit and it's taking some effort to figure out how things work in 2.0. It's not urgent enough as of now.
