Currently the user is forced to set the ID of the external network or use the default if gx-scs is the target cloud. This field must be in UUID4 which prevents it of being empty.
As of the CAPO docs it's possible to leave the external network ID empty if there is only a one external network which will be picked automatically.
Is there a way to make something like UUID4 or empty string?
