Describe the solution you'd like We use the generate_version script to generate Cluster Stacks in different versions with same code base. Currently it's hardcoded for openstack-scs. We want to have this for other Cluster Stacks as well.

Environment:

Kubernetes version: (use kubectl version)
OS (e.g. from /etc/os-release):

As discussed, since this works fine for the scs Cluster Stack, which will be the reference implementation, this should be enough.
