Guidelines and best practice on how to write good conformance tests for K8S with Sonobuoy.

Please clarify where guidelines should be placed: docs, blog, ...

I suggest to add these guidelines to the existing ones in the contributor docs here: https://docs.scs.community/contributor-docs/development/ To this end, just add a markdown file here: https://github.com/SovereignCloudStack/docs/tree/main/contributor-docs/development/tests Open a PR (can be linked to this issue), and I will be happy to have a look and support!
