As an SCS Developer, I want a technical concept designed so that I know how to implement it.

Definition of Ready:

[ ] User Story is small enough to be finished within one sprint
[ ] User Story is clear and understood by the whole team
[ ] Acceptance criteria are defined
[ ] Acceptance criteria are clear and understood by the whole team

Definition of Done:

[ ] Design record is created
[ ] All acceptance criteria are met
[ ] Changes have been reviewed
[ ] CI tests have run successfully
[ ] Documentation has been updated
[ ] Release Notes have been updated

I guess https://docs.scs.community/docs/iam/intra-SCS-federation-setup-description-for-osism-doc-operations should be updated / recycled accordingly.

@reqa this concept is more about interconnectivity on the SDN/networking layer. The very brief tl;dr is:

As a user of SCS certified cloud environments I can connect workloads running at several operators easily with each other in a way that assures confidentiality.

I have managed to write an early initial draft for this proposal. I have presented the proposal to a small circle inside our team. I will gather initial feedback, try incorporating it, and then look into other possible solutions. Once the proposal is more polished, we will present it to the IaaS team and the broader audience. As the topic is quite big we want to have more proposals, and they might change significantly, and have them peer reviewed before sharing we decided to keep it in the team yet.
