Add SCS Community Ressources and Components to SCS Status Page

As a SCS Contributor, I want see if any SCS Service has limited functionality. For this the SCS Status Page was created. We still need to set it up to show all the Components the SCS Community offers.

For this we need a List of Services and Components. Those Services should then be added to the Status Page

Definition of Ready:

• [x] User Story is small enough to be finished within one sprint
• [x] User Story is clear and understood by the whole team
• [x] Acceptance criteria are defined
• [x] Acceptance criteria are clear and understood by the whole team

Definition of Done:

• [ ] List of components is created
• [ ] Components are set up on the SCS Status Page
• [ ] All acceptance criteria are met
• [ ] Changes have been reviewed
