Invalid date and message id #33

As @horazont pointed out, the message date and ID is invalid since Community Digest issue nr. 12.

The date probably got lost with commit 7c14dabf6f9bdc7646f00dd7eba9189f2bb2864d

The Message-ID should be set by swaks. We should add this to the README.MD
