Adds the new label topology.scs.openstack.org/host-id into the node distribution test in order to fulfill the requirements brought forward earlier on.

Thanks for the approve, but I have no idea why SCS/check says NODE FAILURE... I will rebase and look again after that.

Edit: Works now...
