[Feature Request] Link checker in pipeline #602

Coming from this PR and this issue, @artificial-intelligence suggested that we should probably include a link checker to combat potential Link Rot in our standard documents.

I also have implemented something similar before, you might want to check https://github.com/osism/osism.github.io/commit/3b5cf94ae366ee156bea413c769ff2a9f5734ec4 (it's similar to the above solution posted)
