Extend SCS-compatible IaaS v5

We decided in SIG Standardization on 2024-10-24 to include the following standards in SCS-compatible IaaS v5:

• https://docs.scs.community/standards/scs-0115-v1-default-rules-for-security-groups
• https://docs.scs.community/standards/scs-0116-v1-key-manager-standard
• https://docs.scs.community/standards/scs-0117-v1-volume-backup-service
• https://docs.scs.community/standards/scs-0121-v1-Availability-Zones-Standard
• https://docs.scs.community/standards/scs-0302-v1-domain-manager-role

Precondition: #807

Definition of done:

• [x] extend scs-compatible-iaas.yaml
• [x] domain manager recommended only (outside target main)
• [x] ensure all newly added test scripts work (make all necessary amendments)

Pulled out into an issue of its own: #815

Once the yaml file is extended, the Overview Page and Compliance Monitor will be updated automatically.
