Add blog post about local storage in cinder #970

I was not able to get the local developement server running, so I have no idea if this actually looks like it is intended to.

My suggestion would be to wait with publishing until after next weeks IaaS call, so that we could incorporate feedback from that discussion.

Be sure to fix the path to the .svg as in my review. Furthermore please update the date of the blogpost to now.

The image path is fixed as well. I have also fixed some more spelling mistakes.

I noticed that the " About the author" section in the preview is blank. Have I missed something here?

please fix the author slug, that will fix the empty box :)
