wrong/duplicate entries in sv06plus printer.cfg #1

The sv06plus printer.cfg contains several duplicate sections with sometimes different settings, see e.g. "max_accel" in "[printer]". Please clean up the settings, it is completely unclear, which settings are correct and which one will actually come into effect.

The duplicate is under the auto geneterated banner so it probably doesn't have any impact. does make it a bit confusion though when looking through it.
