SovrynMatt / Nostr-Website-Button-Design

Here are the high definition JPEG and SVG versions of my Nostr icon/logo attempt. Motivation came from needing a a Nostr social button for a website I am working on. Maybe this icon will catch on and become a standard through social approval and network effect.

Can you (or I if you prefer) upload the svg files to Wikimedia Commons under a CC-BY SA license so it can be used in Wikipedia and reachable easily by people who want to use the design?

Create an Account: Sign up or log in to your Wikimedia Commons account.

Upload Your Design: Click "Upload file" on the left sidebar.

Choose File: Select your SVG design file from your computer.

Licensing: Choose the "This file is my own work" option and select a Creative Commons license like "CC-BY-SA" for sharing.

Add Description: Write a clear description of your design.

Add Categories: Assign relevant categories to help others find your design easily.

Upload File: Click the "Upload file" button.

Use in Wikipedia: To use your design in Wikipedia, edit the Wikipedia page and add [[File:YourDesignFilename.svg]] where you want to place it.

Save: Save the Wikipedia page to display your design.

By following these steps, your design will be available under the chosen Creative Commons license for others to use and share. Be sure to adhere to Wikimedia's content guidelines and licensing terms throughout the process.

@SovrynMatt You have to do it. By Wikipedia rules only the owner of the the content can upload.

I think it would be nice to get your Black Ostrich on white background as the infobox image for https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nostr
