"No Available Characters" in Perspective Character Drop Down in Character Conflict Tool #102

  1. Open a new project
  2. Create a character
  3. Create a theme
  4. Right-click the theme and open Examine Central Conflict
  5. Click the drop-down menu for Perspective Character

What I expect: To see the character I created listed as an option

What actually happens: The drop-down lists "No available characters."

This is just bad messaging. I think it's really saying that there are no characters in the theme. Though, it's weird that there's an option to create a new character, but not to add a character that exists. I'll create a feature enhancement ticket to handle that. For now, this bug is really just about the label and, to avoid confusion, removing the create character option. When the enhancement ticket is completed, the create character option will get re-added.
