Option to disable comment moderation on per-journal-entry basis #419

Checkbox to disable moderating comments on a journal entry you're creating.

Would also need to disable all karma calculations on comments for the span of that journal entry.

Somebody or other objected to this in IRC. It does seem to be against the purpose of the moderation system. And with 10 mod points a day, a journal user probably has more than enough to spare to "correct" the moderations of every comment they didn't post. Journal entries can also be deleted outright, despite the presence of comments.
