How about "Wednesday, December 13, 2017" or "Wednesday, December 13, '17" ?
It could also have a margin-bottom (because it is associated with multiple entries posted per day, not just the one immediately below it), and a larger font size or bolding.
The journal topic called "Topics" (tid=21) is broken and doesn't show an image. It might need to be removed, with existing instances changed to dev/random or something.
