When on an op=viewsub submission page, hitting the delete button without a reason in the box sends a default "The editors did not think your submission was worthwhile" message to the user account that submitted the story. However, deleting one or multiple subs from the submission list (using checkboxes and delete button) does not send this message (to one or more users).
