Request

As a user, I want to change my settings profile, so that I can easily save different settings configurations.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] The UI contains a way to switch the settings profile
[ ] The list of settings in the profile changes depending on the selected user profile
[ ] The application updates its settings based on the values saved in the profile

Dependencies

[ ] #11 so the settings profiles can changed based on the user
