Request

As a user, I want to save settings into settings profiles, so that I can access the save set of settings again in the future.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] The UI must contain a button to save a new settings profile
[ ] The user must be able to input a new name for the settings profile
[ ] The application must save the current settings for use later, including between closing and opening the program
