Request

As a user, I want to be able to export image settings to my local computer, so that I can use the settings file for backups and/or sharing with other people.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] A GUI button must exist to export the active settings profile
[ ] The saved settings profile is exported to a file on the local computer
