Add category for questions under DSA folder #4

DSA folder can have below categories added to it, and then questions can be added to respective categories.

  1. Arrays
  2. Two Pointers
  3. Stacks
  4. Heap/ PriorityQueue
  5. Strings
  6. Linked Lists
  7. Recursion
  8. Backtracking
  9. Dynamic Programming
  10. Trees
  11. Graphs
  12. Bit Manipulation
  13. Maths

Hi @jainendra001 , Only @Soyvor can assign as he owns the repo, and I do not have permission to do so. However you can still create a PR and attach this issue to your PR, and continue until this is assigned.
